We welcome your questions...

  • Yes, work-life balance is important. We have hybrid working in place. Flexibility is sometimes required for business needs when there are periods of working to project milestones.

  • Parking available on-site. We are city centre. Walking distance to Snow Hill, Moor Street and Birmingham New Street railway stations.

  • Hours are 37.5 a week with an expectation to be in the office / online between 10am – 4pm. We are understanding to people’s needs and realise these vary from person to person.

  • Performance is regularly reviewed to offer training and promotion opportunities. We are a team of experienced individuals with the industry knowledge needed to scale up, each department offers individuals development and growth potential.

    As a small but rapidly growing business, there is no ‘this is how we’ve always done things.’ There is plenty of scope to have challenging work, influence projects and see the value you are making.
